At Digital Solutions King, we are dedicated to providing transparent, high-performing digital marketing, web engineering, and visual design services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations, refunds, and client billing procedures for www.digitalsolutionsking.com.
1. Policy Overview & Digital Nature of Services
Digital Solutions King delivers specialized professional services, custom code architecture, digital media strategy, creative artwork, and skilled labor. Because our services involve non-tangible, custom-engineered digital assets and expert time allocation, standard physical product "return" policies do not apply. All refund requests are evaluated according to the service categories outlined below.
2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, SMO, PPC Management)
Pre-Billing & Labor Allocation:Monthly recurring retainers for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Paid Media Management (Google & Meta Ads) are billed in advance to reserve dedicated specialist hours, technical auditing, and content creation.
- Once Monthly Work Commences: Monthly retainer fees paid for an active billing cycle are non-refundable once work has commenced for that period.
- Next-Month Cancellations: Clients may cancel upcoming monthly retainers at any time by providing a 30-day written cancellation notice via email to info@digitalsolutionsking.com prior to the next billing date.
3. Custom Web Design & Software Development Projects
Web design and software engineering projects follow milestone-based payment schedules (e.g., initial deposit, wireframe approval, final launch).
Before Project Kickoff
If a web project is cancelled in writing prior to the commencement of wireframing or design work, deposit fees will be refunded minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
After Design Approval
Once wireframe or UI design concepts have been approved and development coding has started, initial deposit payments are non-refundable as labor costs have been incurred.
4. Graphic Design & Branding Packages
We offer unlimited design revisions during the active project phase to ensure client satisfaction. If initial logo concepts do not meet expectations prior to design refinement, clients may request a 50% partial refund of the initial deposit before approving any concept files for final production. Once final vector source files (AI, PSD, PDF) are handed over, payments are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Paid Ad Spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) are paid directly to those respective platforms. Digital Solutions King does not hold third-party ad spend, and such advertising costs are completely non-refundable by the agency.
6 & 7. Exceptional Refund Eligibility & Processing
A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of management if:
- A duplicate payment was accidentally processed due to a technical billing glitch.
- Digital Solutions King is unable to initiate services due to unforeseen internal agency circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, UPI, or PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
